A Decent Stay
ideal location smooth check-in small room small tv
The location was ideal. I found that I was only a short ten-minute walk to the beach, and there were some local shops around. The check-in was smooth, as I received an email on the morning of my stay with the front door code and my room number.
The room was a bit small. Because I had a dog with me, it felt even more cramped. I found the TV was very small, not ideal for evening relaxation.

some problems, you know
tiny room broken remote
the room was tiny. it reminded me of i was in a shoebox with barely any space for my luggage. plus, the tv remote didn't work properly the whole time i was there. it made relaxing in the evening a real pain, i tell you.

The room felt spacious and comfortable. I found the pictures online to be accurate. The location was nice and quiet. Staff members were friendly .
The room felt a little small with my dog. The TV was quite small too. The remotes did not work properly on the first night. This was a bit frustrating.

lovely stay
dog friendly park location spa access
i will stay again. i think that says it all. i was allowed to keep my dog, and its across the road from a park. it's close enough to watch the shows at scarborough spa, about 5 minutes by car. my advice is to take a taxi to shows, the esplanade area at the spa is very busy.
the room was a little small with having a dog, the tv was very small too. remotes didn't work on the first night and that was a little frustrating for my partner.

easy self check in are available. lots of communication from the staff meant we were ok and happy with the room. east checkout made our departure straightforward.

the staff were amazing, kind and considerate, and met all our needs. they even were really good when we couldn't get a taxi to the wedding. the owner took us in her own car.

the room was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. it had modern interior design and felt cozy. there was plenty of tea and coffee with a fridge in the room.
